might go through a phase of the great token drought, where supply can’t keep up with demand as agents, Claude, Claws go mainstream?

I think they’ve done an OK job but there are going to be hiccups, even if they are careful, less careful folks are going to give them a bad name, run over people and cats, catch fire, destroy jobs, will be a backlash. Case study for a lot of use cases, nice demo and then it takes 10 years and billions to address use cases, build infrastructure for deployment.

like Revelations, the actual Gospel not so much

A billionaire is a hustler who got somewhere first, not an oracle. normal humans make up normal theories to justify what they want to do anyway, weirdos make up weirdo theories.

I don't find that frame super helpful TBH. Ultimately a human must be responsible for every significant output. If I were an employee, I might not be too happy with being equated with a chat output. Even if an AI can do a lot of my tasks, it's not replacing “me” and all essential parts, yet. Morale is in the toilet at Block, and same is coming to a lot of places with similar thinking.

A possibly under-appreciated thing with Claude Code and OpenClaw is , you run it every day, look at the result, say please fix this, make this better in this direction, please update the code or the agent .md files every day, it just gets better every day.

there are tasks that, a year ago, people were raising $50m rounds for, now 1 guy with tech chops can do it with Claude Code, next month maybe normies can just do for themselves with OpenClaw.

Spotify's app skips, can't play Dark Side of the Moon properly, and the AI gave me "White Punks on Dope" twice in 20 minutes. Sonos is worse and combining the 2, forget it. Why does everything have to suck so much?

I like the "Discover Weekly", the AI has promise, but product does not give me joy.
